Key Responsibilities:
- Provide cost management expertise with a focus on MEP packages.
- Oversee valuations, variations, and project cost reporting.
- Manage contract administration and compliance (preferably NEC contracts).
- Collaborate closely with contractors, engineers, and the client to ensure successful project delivery.

Requirements:
- Demonstrable experience as a Quantity Surveyor in MEP on large UK projects.
- In-depth knowledge of UK construction standards and NEC contracts.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
