We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to work for a sub contractor on the refurbishment of a station. This role involves managing the installation of suspended ceilings and supervising a team of four workers. The successful candidate will ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard, adhering to agreed timescales, quality requirements, and construction documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and coordinate daily site activities.
- Supervise a team of four, providing clear guidance and support to ensure productivity and quality.

Order plant and materials based off of technical drawings.
- Ensure all work complies with safety regulations, site documentation, and quality standards.
- Monitor progress against project timelines and address any delays or challenges.
- Maintain accurate records and provide regular updates to project stakeholders.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Essential Certifications: SMSTS, PTS, and ICI.
- Proven experience in a Site Manager role or similar within the construction industry.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, safety standards, and quality control.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and order materials accordingly.
- Proficient in using computers and relevant software for project management and communication.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Rate:

£240 per day (Ltd Company or CIS).
