A leading Tier One M&E contractor is seeking an experienced MEP Quantity Surveyor to join its commercial team delivering some of London’s most high-profile and technically complex commercial developments.
This is an opportunity to work on signature office, mixed-use and large-scale commercial schemes, partnering with major developers, consultants and principal contractors across projects valued from £20m–£150m+ MEP packages.
You’ll play a key commercial role from pre-construction through to final account, supporting the successful delivery of flagship projects that define London’s skyline.

Key Responsibilities
- Reporting into the Commercial Manager, you will be responsible for the commercial management of MEP packages throughout the project lifecycle. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing cost control, forecasting and reporting across MEP packages
- Preparation and submission of valuations, applications and final accounts
- Contract administration and commercial management under NEC/JCT forms
- Procurement and management of subcontract packages
- Managing change control, variations and commercial risk
- Supporting project teams to maximise project performance and profitability
- Producing CVRs and monthly commercial reports
- Building strong relationships with clients, consultants and supply chain partners
- Supporting project delivery teams through all commercial stages
About You
- Proven experience as an MEP Quantity Surveyor / Senior MEP QS within the construction or building services sector
- Experience delivering major commercial, data centre, life sciences, mixed-use or high-value M&E projects
- Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical packages
- Experience with NEC and/or JCT contracts
- Commercially astute with strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or related discipline (preferred)
