Salary: £55,000 to £65,000 experience dependant

With a strong commitment to innovation and quality, they are seeking a talented and experienced Electrical / Comms Project Manager to join their team and contribute to continued success.

Job Description: As an Electrical / Comms Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a variety of electrical and communications projects. You will lead a team of professionals & self delivery teams, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning, execution, and successful completion of LV electrical and communications projects.
  • Develop project plans, budgets, and schedules, and ensure adherence to these throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, technicians, and contractors, to achieve project goals.
  • Conduct risk assessments and implement strategies to mitigate project risks.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and project specifications.
  • Monitor and report project progress, keeping stakeholders informed of milestones and potential issues.
  • Manage project resources efficiently, including personnel and equipment.
  • Foster strong client relationships and address client concerns promptly.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and innovations to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Communications Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in project management within the electrical and communications field.
  • Strong knowledge of LV electrical systems, communications technologies, and relevant regulations.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
  • Outstanding problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.
