Are you a super-organised individual with a knack for document control and admin? We’re on the lookout for a friendly and proactive Office Manager to join a growing team at a specialist building services company based in Dartford.

About the Role
As the Office Manager, you’ll be at the heart of the business – keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. You’ll take charge of daily office operations, manage document control processes, and provide essential admin support to both the management and project teams.
What You’ll Be Doing
  • Managing day-to-day office activities
  • Organising and maintaining key project documentation
  • Supporting the team with admin tasks and scheduling
  • Ensuring smooth communication between teams and clients
  • Assisting with compliance and health & safety records
What They Are Looking For
  • Previous experience in office management, admin, or document control
  • Confident using computers and standard office software
  • A strong eye for detail and great organisational skills
  • A team player who’s happy to roll up their sleeves
  •  Full training provided
