Are you an experienced and highly organised Personal Assistant looking for a long-term role in a fast-paced environment? We’re recruiting on behalf of a successful, medium-sized construction business based in Basildon. This is a fantastic opportunity to support a driven and dynamic business owner, playing a key role in keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.
The Role:
As a trusted Personal Assistant, you’ll provide high-level administrative support to the company’s owner, helping them stay focused on strategic priorities while ensuring their day-to-day responsibilities are well managed.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Diary and calendar management – scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel, Personal and Business.
  • Handling correspondence, emails, and phone calls professionally and confidentially
  • Preparing documents, reports, and presentations
  • Liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Supporting with personal errands and tasks as required
  • Managing confidential information with absolute discretion
About You:
  • Proven experience as a PA or Executive Assistant, ideally supporting a senior leader or business owner
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills
  • Confident, professional, and proactive
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable working in a construction or similar fast-paced industry
  • Based within easy commuting distance of Basildon – Must Drive
