We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead a crucial bridge remediation project, designed to extend the lifespan of a key East London sewer. Rate: £750 per day (Inside IR35)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Leadership: Take charge of all phases of the bridge remediation project, from planning through to completion, ensuring targets for time, budget, and quality are met.
  • Team Management: Oversee a multidisciplinary team, coordinating efforts and providing guidance to site engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, regulatory authorities, and local agencies to align project goals and expectations.
  • Risk & Compliance Management: Proactively identify and mitigate risks while ensuring strict adherence to safety, environmental, and compliance standards.
  • Financial Oversight: Manage project budgets, track expenditures, and optimize resource allocation for cost-effective project delivery.

About You:

  • Extensive experience as a Project Manager in infrastructure or remediation projects, preferably with bridge or sewer work.
  • Proven leadership skills with a history of effectively managing complex, high-stakes projects.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Experience working within IR35 regulations.
  • Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental standards in construction.
