Rate: £750 per day (Inside IR35)
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Leadership: Take charge of all phases of the bridge remediation project, from planning through to completion, ensuring targets for time, budget, and quality are met.
- Team Management: Oversee a multidisciplinary team, coordinating efforts and providing guidance to site engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, regulatory authorities, and local agencies to align project goals and expectations.
- Risk & Compliance Management: Proactively identify and mitigate risks while ensuring strict adherence to safety, environmental, and compliance standards.
- Financial Oversight: Manage project budgets, track expenditures, and optimize resource allocation for cost-effective project delivery.
About You:
- Extensive experience as a Project Manager in infrastructure or remediation projects, preferably with bridge or sewer work.

- Experience working within IR35 regulations.
