About the Role-

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a leading specialist contractor on one of the most ambitious infrastructure projects in London’s recent history. With a total project value exceeding £1 billion, this particular package is worth approximately £200 million and represents a pivotal part of a development that will revolutionise London’s connectivity.

This is a unique opportunity to play a key commercial role in a high-profile infrastructure scheme, working closely with a driven, fast-paced team.

Key Responsibilities-

Oversee all commercial aspects of the £200m package
Work under the NEC form of contract, ensuring compliance and effective cost management.
Liaise with the main contractor and internal project teams to manage valuations, variations, and cost control.
Prepare accurate and detailed cost reports, forecasts, and cash flow information.
Support procurement, contract negotiation, and subcontractor management.
Contribute to project reviews and client reporting requirements.

Requirements-

Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor on large-scale infrastructure projects.
Strong understanding and practical experience of working with NEC contracts.
Main contractor or Tier 1 contractor experience is essential.
Experience managing high-value packages
Excellent commercial acumen and communication skills.
Ability to work onsite in West London 3–4 days a week.
