Location: Stratford, East London
Rate: £650 per day (Inside IR35)
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Oversight: Lead and manage on-site activities for the bridge remediation project, ensuring all work meets quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Serve as the main point of contact on-site, liaising with engineers, contractors, and local authorities to maintain seamless project progress.
- Compliance & Quality Assurance: Ensure all project work complies with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements, conducting regular audits and inspections.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks, keeping work on track and in line with budgetary and time constraints.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate site records, update project documentation, and provide regular progress reports to project managers and stakeholders.
About You:
- Proven experience as a Site Agent or CRE, preferably in infrastructure or bridge remediation projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction safety standards, environmental regulations, and quality assurance practices.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to communicate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with IR35 regulations and previous experience working on projects within this framework.
